We would love to hear from you if you have an upbeat personality and have the ability to drive clients to our website and we will do the rest.
We are NOT interested in any marketing companies or giveaways via influencers.
We are only open to straight commission sales representatives.
We have a $100 minimum order before taxes ands shipping on our website. You may mix and match items to obtain the $100 minimum as long as it is before taxes and shipping. If items are going to different addresses you may submit separate orders one after the other to also meet the $100 minimum before taxes and shipping.
Pricing & Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY! The credit card is charged once the order has been placed. The payment information is sent to the merchant bank for processing. If the credit card is not authorized, you will be notified and asked for another form of payment before we can process the order
2.1 Due to personalization we require payment upfront in whole. For larger orders (to be determined by sammygs.com otherwise the above is applicable) we require you to sign a payment schedule where you pay half for us to process the order and the other half to be paid once shipped or upon pick up. In other words, once it leaves our possession.
2.2 All unpaid personalized gifts remain to be the property of Sammy G's until paid in full.

Product Details
In some cases, the colours of our products may vary slightly from those depicted on our website, as a result of small differences in dye lots and various screen monitors.
We will contact you if we think there is a better choice available and always feel free to reach out and ask for colour comparisons or clarifications.
4a. What size are your onesies, typically?
Our onesies are usually sold in size 18 months. The smallest size we may use is 12 months. The reason we do this is a) They are 100% cotton and may shrink b) Clients tend to order gifts anywhere up to 6-10 months after the baby has been born so we want it to fit :)
All our products are designed for machine wash and drying. Fabric should not run or fade. However, it is best to wash blankets separately, in cold water (gentle cycle), lay to dry & then put in dryer for minimal time on low tumble dry.

Shipping
We are an online business. However, we are happy to speak on the phone. All orders within the city will be couriered or shipped via Canada Post. For special assistance and the possibility of picking up your order please contact us directly sammyg@sammygs.com or 416-219-2931. The pick up location if and when possible is Avenue Road/Bloor area.
Most items take 12-14 days from date of receipt to be ready for shipping. This date occurs when we have received your order during business hours of 9am-5pm (EST) and your credit card has been charged. Those orders received after hours start the following business day. Your gift(s) will be delivered 1-7 business days from the day it is personalized aka completed depending on location of delivery. We usually use our own courier service or Canada Post unless specified otherwise.
Please note: It is best to provide us with an address where the package may be easily delivered during business hours as well as a telephone number. We can only deliver to street addresses.
No P.O. Boxes, please. Canada Post will not re-route packages once it has been shipped. Additional shipping charges apply to orders that are re-shipped due to incorrect addresses or are unclaimed by recipient.
*We recommend that customers let recipients know to expect their Sammyg's package in order to avoid the order being unclaimed and returned to Sammyg's or you may make a note asking us to let the recipient know in which case you must provide us with both their email address & telephone number. If there is a delay in delivery we will contact you. American and International clients are responsible for any applicable customs or tax charges –please check with your local customs office. Please note that we are currently unable to track all US small packet and International packages at the suggested shipping rates. There is a small possibility that this will lead to a delay in receiving your package.
If you do not see a shipping cost appear please contact us for any special requests. We do ship worldwide.
11. How long do I have to use my Gift Certificate?
You have 1 year from the date your card was PURCHASED to use your gift card. No exceptions.
12. Can I bring my own item for you to personalize?
Sorry, but we are not an embroidery service. We only embroider on our own products.
13. Do you offer RUSH orders?
It really depends on the day and time of the order and what is going on. We try our best to turn around our gift creations to meet your needs.
It is best you contact us directly before placing your order if you must have your gift by a specific day and time. We are always happy to do our best and be upfront and realistic about the possibility.
We DO NOT charge extra if we can turn the gift around in the window you require unless there are increased shipping costs. But we would appreciate a google review :)
